honestly worst clinic possible. save your time and money and don’t make an appointment here. i came in for one appointment and the dr was nice but the front staff - gosh unbelievably incompetent. i genuinely don’t understand why they have a phone number listed if they’re not gonna even bother to answer any phone calls. i have called so many times to confirm my upcoming appointment but no one ever answered and i left several voicemails. literally do not waste your time with people who can’t be bothered to do their job.
Do not waste your time with this office. They will make you do all the work, and they never answer the phone. God forbid you have cancer while waiting for them to do THEIR job.
Drove all the way there from Deltona, only to find that there is no suite 1008 at 725 Sterling Central Place, Lake Mary Florida. Apparently they cannot be bother to answer their phone, as I tried calling them from the parking lot. I for one am not willing to entrust my health to anyone that doesn't even know their own street address, or has the common decency to answer their phone.
Great staff and very helpful to the patients!
I would not recommend this office. I feel like neither APRN is competent and I chose to cancel my lab work and next visit. At this point, I honestly wonder if Dr. Ansara is actually on staff at this office or if her name is attached to the office. Disclaimer: I am one person, not the whole of Lake Mary. I can only give you my opinion. What you do with it is your choice.
