Terrible place to live! If you have kids stay away! The whole place reeks of weed, plus the neighbors are really sketchy! The management is rude too! One time I was on the phone with the manager and she hung up while I was still talking!! Also, from day one, my external door key would only open 2 of the 4 outside doors. Then they replaced the lock on one of them and I could only get in through one exit!! So I had to park behind the building and walk all the way to the front door, because I couldn't get in the back or side do... read more
The worst apartment you can find in Green Bay. The building manager is unprofessional, she likes to yell at her tenants for no reason, rude, treats people badly. I gave my apartment in perfect condition and even better and they never returned my deposit and I even had to report the case in court because the treatment I received from them was horrible. The maintenance is horrible, cockroaches, bad smell in the hallways and there are always problems with parking since they always had parties and you could never find where to p... read more
