Regency did a good job on our kitchen and carpet replacement after experienced water damage. Kevin, our PM, did a good job keeping us updated and coordinating the various contractors that were involved. Kevin was personable and easy going, and yet thorough and very knowledgeable. Thanks for doing a great job.
It’s amazing how much damage a tiny pinhole leak can cause over time. In our case it emanated from inside the block wall of the master bathroom and the water found its way and saturated the underside of our hardwood floor in the bedroom and created a dangerous mold situation of which we were completely unaware.
