Emily has this great ability to understand her clients. She was so careful in moving everything in our house before construction began. She knew that this mattered to us. She was attentive to details from the beginning of this process. She’s a gifted communicator and great about follow up. I fully recommend Regrncy DRT for reconstruction after storm, water, etc because of Emily’s leadership. She has a talented construction team as well.
Regency DRT was our contractor for repairing our floors after flood damage. Kevin was very helpful and knowledgeable. Our new floors look lovely.
We had a fire on 4/7/2024.They not even kept our roof water tight.
Update: Regency DRT did pay the subcontractor and resolved the issue in one day.
The team came when promised, they were courteous and knowledgeable. Offered to help or answer questions on several occasions. Would highly recommend.
