5 months ago, I bought a new construction home from this company, via a shell LLC they established for my home. Here are a few snapshots of my experience: - They agreed upon a price and then negotiated in bad faith / held up the attorney review process, holding out for more money. - They did not finish punch list items by the day of completing the purchase, and then ghosted us afterward.
