I had decided to get a routine skin check done and chose the near by Regency office on Mountain View blvd in Surprise. Dr. Lorio, did the full body skin check and found a spot on my leg she decided to biospy. It came back positive. she talked me into have the are excised the following week. the lady at the surprise office told me i could find another place to go if i did not want to take the shot in my ear for what she called a scratch ,and then asked me how many places i had been for help with this scratch. i got up and left and called to get the previous diagnosis given to me by the first dermatologist i had seen. was told i had to wait and talk to the manager. when i did talk to the manager swhe told me i was dismissed from the practice and i would have my patient records in 2 weeks. it took 6 months i guess... read more
If I could give this place 0 starts I would. Do not come here and waist your time the way my husband did.. the staff is clueless and rude. My husband’s came to see doctor Klug that diagnosed him and said next step is surgery after we get ultrasound. Dr Klug was a good doctor he felt confident and got the ultrasound needed to continue with the next step towards the surgery. Dr. Benjamin Jones is an excellent dermatologist. He is very nice and knowledgeable. I really appreciate him ,he took great care of me during my surgery in June 2020 and his stuff was really friendly ,understanding and helpful. I highly recommend this doctor ,he is great and professional.

I went in for a full body scan and ended up having surgery. The entire staff, from front desk to docs to billing, all AMAZING! Dr. Davis is fantastic. I was nervous for surgery and she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Best place ever!
