I've been going to this dermatology office for 2 years and even recommended friends and family here and this was the worst experience i've ever had. i had accompanied my partner to a medication appointment that was made clear had to be in person with a new doctor named Mark Naylor, as his regular dermatologist was no longer with regency. Mark Naylor was rude, dismissive, heartless, and flat out unprofessional. We waited over 45 minutes to just be rushed out through this appointment that lasted under 5 minutes. My skin cancer screening appointment with Dr Naylor exceeded my expectations. Dr Naylor’s exam was thorough and comprehensive. He took the time to explain what he was looking for and discussed the necessary preventative steps to reduce the risk of skin cancer.
