Well I just moved in and I can tell you that Jasmine, from the front has been very helpful and professional! As of right now I have no complaints
I lived here 14 years ago man what a difference property is well maintained when I moved in the apartment was in great shape office staff is very helpful Jasmine has answered any questions I've had and Amanda was flawless very professional very informative and did everything she could to make the move in process smooth and flawless I I definitely recommend anyone looking for a place to live!!
They are terrible who illegally give out your lease and lie saying they didn't, they charge everyone almost different prices, maintenence takes forever to come, health department were called on them multiple times. The people who are in the office have nasty attitudes and delete you tickets created. KEEP YOUR EMAILS THEY WILL DELETE your stuff!!! They take people to court charge you the court fee for their attorney to NEVER SHOW UP! And take you ELECTRIC BILL TO THE CITY THEY ARENT LEGALLY SUPOOSED TO DO IT FOR YOU. STAY WOK... read more
I currently live here and I wouldn’t recommend. My apartment was a complete surprise we got told we can view the apartment before moving in and they did not let us view this one because the maintenance was doing a “ turn over” the apartment was FILTHY when we first moved in and they are just now coming to clean what they should’ve cleaned before we moved in OCT 2024. I currently live here and everything has been fine until new management took over. I have been complaining about my tub not draining since December 2023 and I have yet to get it fixed. I have called. I have left voicemails. I have submitted the request online and it has still yet to be fixed. I also needed my stove fixed and that took two months to get fixed.
