I currently live here and everything has been fine until new management took over. I have been complaining about my tub not draining since December 2023 and I have yet to get it fixed. I have called. I have left voicemails. I have submitted the request online and it has still yet to be fixed. I also needed my stove fixed and that took two months to get fixed. Highly overpriced & apartments are not worth it and they have roaches galore !!! don’t waste your money even applying
Great place to rent from. It's quiet and well taken care of. The staff is very professional. Amanda has been more than helpful with any and all questions I have had and has a great personality as well. Would highly recommend Regency Court to anyone looking to live in the Vineland area.
They tried to show me an apartment here before the one I rented out from them on East Park Ave Apts, which turned out to be an even bigger waste of my life. The stairs at the regency look like they have mildew or something all over them. The place looks beat down, broke down, and needs to be shut down. Carlos Gonzalez and Amanda Pando are negligent as far as management is concerned. Maintenance doesn't know how to do anything.
