Clean, organized, beautiful and filled with friendly staff. Found that most of the residence are long-term happy people enjoying the benefits of a company that cares. I am fortunate to be here.
Extremely loud, because of the road, zero noise insulation, read this message before you move in to this apartments, you can have troubles with health because of bad sleep in here(I was hospitalized 4 times). They don't want to return the deposit. And also as a bonus you will see cute cockroaches in the building.
I've lived in this building for many years now and when I first moved here, it was one of the sought after building, it was beautiful and always so clean, you won't find tenants that are drug addicts and couldn't careless how they treated their place, when a manager Inherited all the headaches from the previous manager, it's a bad thing. The joke continues at Skyline Regency colonade in Windsor. If you bring up a legitimate safety violation at this location and follow the resident managers instructions to inform them your accused of harrassment and threatened with eviction. Apparently if there's an issue they can't handle it's dismissed. All tenants are considered disgruntled. So a tenant has nowhere to express their concerns.
