It’s a really nice community and nice apartments but I wish they would prioritize current tenants over new renters. They keep increasing the rent for lease renewals which is very frustrating. They’ve been putting on a lot of community events and things, but I know most tenants like myself would prefer to keep rent stable or even offer discounts on lease renewals since it’s cheaper to keep current tenants rather than signing new ones.
Staff is friendly, indoor and outdoor pool. Laundry on site, peaceful and friendly neighbors, great maintenance team as well.
The office staff are wonderful people. Great energy, full of life and smiles. It was my pleasure to meet them today!
Very calm, safe and relaxing. I like the views and the amenities and feel so sad that I had to move to another city. I love River Club and I recommend it to everyone!!
