This company is formed by the group of racists. They kicked me out from the space we had been in for over 15years because of my race. Especially leasing agent named Tricia Freeman treated me like I’m nothing. She will take bribes from the applicants, though. A man whom I took over business from signed the initial lease agreement, needed to give her $700 gift card from Nordstrom to get lease signed. For small business owners, DO NOT get space from them. If you want to get a hold of a leasing agent regarding a commercial rental, good luck! There are (2) vacancies by my home in Westminster; one has been vacant for almost two years. I called Tricia four times with no return call; my husband called her twice with no luck! I sent three emails and am still waiting for a response; worst service ever! No wonder why they have so many 1 star reviews, Let me explain this. We scheduled a day to sign the lease and prior to 1 hour we get to know they are going out of the office and was given another date but guess what , the same thing happened. If this could be a ZERO star it would. No consideration, worst communicator and still take you for everything. Being a small business owner is hard enough, but they make it nearly impossible.
The worst company to deal with....... They will make deals and when you move in they will retract the deal... Very dishonest!!!!!! They take for innocent peoples money and end up kicking you out before the lease....
