Had a fantastic experience with Frank today! The car we bought is in really nice condition. Frank even allowed us to plug in our own computer to assure there was nothing wrong with it. Drives great, and Frank answered all of our questions with a smile on his face and told us a little about his process to ensure customers are getting good quality cars. Great dealership.
It sucks that I have to write this review. We bought a Toyota Tundra, NOT EVEN 24 hours after purchase the vehicle is leaking. We take it to two mechanics and BOTH said to take it back to the dealer. The cost to repair this leak would have cost us $1,300-$1700 to fix. Not to mention the front end damage. We are now out $450 for having the car for less than 24 hours due to them charging us a restocking and return fee. Renting a car would’ve been cheaper.
