I used Regency auto for my vehicle purchase it is the first time I've used a dealership of any kind and frank and his son went above and beyond to make it a extremely pleasant experience they were patient with me as well as extremely punctual and communicative, they are a family business and made me feel like part of the family. Believe me when I say do not purchase from them. My gosh this was a night mare. I spend more then $5,000 cash for this car believing that it was a good car. However, after I took it home it stopped running and I took it to my mechanic who said there was a list of check engine light errors that had been cleared. I ultimately took it to AAA and then to Nissan where they found that it would be tens of thousands of dollars to fix the engine. Had a fantastic experience with Frank today! The car we bought is in really nice condition. Frank even allowed us to plug in our own computer to assure there was nothing wrong with it. Drives great, and Frank answered all of our questions with a smile on his face and told us a little about his process to ensure customers are getting good quality cars.
