We were very fortunate to have purchased one of the model homes last winter and moved in on June 1st, 2022. The home is gorgeous, our views are spectacular, our neighbors wonderful. But don't expect timely responses to needed repairs. We wait weeks, if not months to hear back about requests for repairs. There were some design flaws.
