Maintenance team always provides excellent service
I’ve had a great experience living here so far. Everyone in the building is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made me feel at home right away. The maintenance team is excellent—they’re quick to respond, professional, and always do a great job. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to live, and I’d definitely recommend it.
Always fast, efficient with professional and courteous service love all who work here and out in the extra efforts to make our stay at Regency Sherman Oaks a more enjoyable and welcoming Home! I tried to schedule a property viewing, but it’s been extremely difficult to reach anyone. It took almost two weeks for someone to answer, and when a girl finally picked up, she hung up right away. All my other calls were dropped as well.
