I visited Regency at Milestone Ranch as part of an evenings entertainment. The clubhouse (if that is the correct use for the common gathering place) is beautiful and modern. Outside was a large covered patio, a big pool surrounded by seating with a fireplace on the west side. The residents seemed engaging, happy, and active. The over 55 community is near Idaho's capital city, but far enough out to be in a gorgeous almost rural setting. All told, I was a little jealous that I was not old enough to purchase a home there.
