I usually don’t do reviews but I would like to share my experience, as a person that works in Fort Sill, this place is perfect for me, it’s near my place of work and it’s quiet, and if I ever have any problems with the AC machine or general maintenance you just need to submit a service request and it will get fix in a couple of days. If you’re looking for a safe place with nice prices, I would recommend you this apartments.
This is a great and welcoming place to live. The apartments are upgraded, and almost everything inside is new. I like the pool, especially in this hot season, and I notice that many residents are enjoying it as well. The management team on site is very welcoming, prompt to listen, and helpful with tenant requests. Overall, this is a nice place to stay, and I strongly recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment to rent.
So far 20NW Mission Blvd has been vary calm. People seem to keep to themselves and management is very responsive. Not much more to ask for and I’m happy to be here. Something’s to take in consideration if you plan to move in the area are -Laundry is pay as you go -AC unit has trouble reaching the entirety of the Appt -some outlets are ment for specific things and can’t be used for personal needs but there are plenty more around the house NOTHING TO BIG OF A DEAL BREAKER if your reading this I hope you have a good day✌🏽
Living here at regency apartments I've found everything to go beyond my expectations. Being my first apartment I've found not only the pricing very affordable, but also those who work here are always available and extremely helpful. Not only is staff friendly, but the complex is always tidy and clean. I appreciate everything they do and recommend it here for any first time renters like myself!
