RecommendedI love it here! iv been here over 20 years and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet community to live in. the buses that run right in front of the complex runs 24 hours. the people in the office are really friendly too, so is maintenance.
The AC in units go out all the time and they take weeks to fix it leaving families in apartments over 106 degrees . Mines went out twice within 2 months . My daughter literally began to get nose bleeds our apt was so hot . We had to sleep at friends house for days at a time and the office continued to do absolutely nothing but say we’re working it. Plus they raise the rent on you without any consent. Not to mention the robberies & car break ins that take place since there is no gate or security to keep the homeless & the bum... read more
it took them 5 months to fix my weterstrping only front door I don't have heat cus out apt don't have Gas its called all electricity heating and A.C unit. but we make do with are space heater
I’ve been living here since 6-11-18 and I still haven’t had hot water.. I’ve made numerous calls to the maintenance team and the leasing office down stairs ... nothing has happened still !! My water is ice cold and brown 👎🏾 how lovely to come home from a nice long hot day too some cold frozen brown water .. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a shelterless dog.. this place is horrible ,700 a month for this HA .. find better living my people✊🏽💯
