I wouldn't advise living here. Nothing gets done and the place is infested with roaches and black mold. Balconies are ready to fall off. Needs to be condemned. Unfortunately, it is the only place I can afford here. My wife and I are both on ssi disability. Go to another town if you want a nice apartment.
