I’ve been living at Regency Apartments in South Salt Lake City for the past 5 months, and I absolutely love it here! The environment is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful greenery that adds so much to the charm of the place. The community is quiet and well-kept, which makes it feel like a true sanctuary. This is my second review here after leaving the State of Utah for a new chapter in another state. Regency Apartments has been so much more than just a place to live for our family; it has been our home for nearly eight years. My wife and I moved here as newlyweds. great property very peaceful, great management in the office who are polite, overall great experience
The only problem I have is they do grounds EVERY Sunday at 8 AM. It’s so incredibly annoying and loud. Why can’t you do it on a weekday?
