This is my second review here after leaving the State of Utah for a new chapter in another state. Regency Apartments has been so much more than just a place to live for our family; it has been our home for nearly eight years. My wife and I moved here as newlyweds. great property very peaceful, great management in the office who are polite, overall great experience
The only problem I have is they do grounds EVERY Sunday at 8 AM. It’s so incredibly annoying and loud. Why can’t you do it on a weekday?
Won’t recommend it anymore‼️ The newest management is the worst. I’ve lived here for an year and thinking about to move out but apparently they don’t like that decision and want to charge me or being crazy. I loved the area and invited some of my friends to here and actualy had a great business with the apartment until now. The management only demands things but they do not even solve the problems around the apartment. So disappointed.
