I’ve been living at Regency Apartments for 20yrs & I never had a problem. If I had a maintenance issue, I would put a maintenance ticket in so it could get fixed. The maintenance team is professional & great. The managers have been fair & professional with me. I previously moved into an updated apartment that Regency is remodeling and I’m very pleased. There’s camera's for tenants safety. I highly recommend Regency Apartments in New Britain.
Great place to live! We've been here for three years and there's never been a problem. Dawn is a very good apartment manager; very friendly, helpful and fair. If anything needs fixing we never had to wait long until it was addressed. The maintenance staff are also great-

This place is awful , were getting our family lawyer involved because when we first went in we spoke to the manager , we explained to her the situation with my father in law and how he was in a wheel chair so the elevator was important she agreed and in fact made us go through the whole process including a back ground check (which he passed btw) She expressed to us that there were two units available for him and basically made it seem like we had the apartment, infact told us we had apartment 502 and said we can have the key... read more
