Feels like a disorganized establishment with little passion for customer service. Had missing date of birth on a referral, but I couldn’t get through to them even after several calls, leaving a voice message, and leaving an in-person written message. Nobody cared to get back. Finally went there again in person on a day that they were physically there, and I’m still waiting after 20 minutes.
I had a fantastic experience at Regencore! The staff was professional, warm, and attentive, making me feel truly cared for. The facility is clean, modern, and calming, with top-notch equipment. Best of all, I’ve seen great clinical results for my back issues. I highly recommend Regencore for exceptional care and outcomes!
