Really bad experience here. I booked a "complimentary" consult with one of the hormone specialists, but when I got there, they apparently only intended for me to meet with one of the cosmetic nurses unless I was willing to commit on the spot to paying $400ish for labs (which I have a million of my own recent lab results to supply, so this was totally unnecessary).
