Response says they’ll call, but they actually won’t btw. This company is a complete fraud. They had been covering all of my pregnancy related appointments up until one visit. When I called to figure out why it wasn’t covered, they tell me it’s because pregnancy isn’t covered under my insurance plan. When I go into my portal to check on what is not covered, there are no documents or readily available information about my plan. If I could give LESS than 1 star, I would. I work for a healthcare company, and 9 times out of 10 when I call customer service and ask for a representative, the automated system tells me “speaking to a customer representative is not a valid option” WELL THEN HOW CAN I VERIFY BENEFITS? Especially when the benefit booklet is not available on Availity?! What the hell? This company is the absolute worst to work with as a provider.
