A 1-star review for a place I have never stepped foot at. That right there should make this review invalid however if you keep reading I think that makes this all the more compelling and important for people to read before they do business with Regatta Shores or their parent company UDR. 1/19/20 I put in an online application and paid to hold an apartment at Regatta Shores.
