Regatta Bay is the best!! I love it here been here for 4 years now! Cynthia is awesome! She always responds via email to almost right away! I love being able to communicate with them whenever I need something. My family and friends always have nothing but good things to say about Regatta Bay when they come to visit and that's what I love. I have lived at Regatta Bay for almost a year. I have lived in other areas of Houston but love living in Seabrook. The best part about living in Seabrook is my apartment. The property is always clean and free of paper on the ground. I have only had one minor maintenance issue as it is obvious these apartments have been well maintained. It was taken care of promptly. I've been living here for 3 years now, and out of all other properties I've stayed at regatta bay is hands down the best. The management here is responsive, friendly, and wholesome. They definitely go out of their way to help. Even the maintenance crew have a good sense of humor and are very polite. The overall area/neighborhood is pretty friendly and you don't have to travel far at all for anything which is very convenient. All in all, I'd have to say im glad I call this place home.
