I'd give this place a -10 stars if possible, bring it in between 8am and 9am. I got it there at 8:15a, sit in waiting room til 9:35a all were in a meeting. Then sat until 11am til someone said,"ready for you now." I live 60 miles from Reganis. I was there because Durango can't keep it's cruise control from staying on. 2026 with 2k miles on it. Stayed until 3pm. then was told that maybe a bumper bracket MIGHT help. Never going to another Dodge Dealer again!! If it don't throw a code, they are helpless. D.R.
Sold me a used vehicle that needed a ton of work and didn't mention any of the work that it needed and yes I know when u buy a used vehicle it's AS IS but if they would have been honest,I wouldn't have bought it. Beware!!!
Never take your vehicle here for a repair job! If I could do 0 stars I would!! We took our pickup in with a coolant leak and front end problems originally, and it took them almost a month to get it completed, but when we got the pickup home, it still had a coolant leak!! The bill was over $4k total and they didn't really fix anything! We took it to another place for the coolant leak and they said the ball joints were loose, which is what Reganis just supposedly changed. Called the dealership late on a Friday afternoon about an issue I was having with my 2022 Jeep Gladiator. They fit me in first thing Saturday morning and within about an hour they had it resolved and back out the door. Great people, excellent service. Greatly appreciated when I’m days away from home and my usual dealership that isn’t as accommodating as these folks. Many thanks again!!
