Dr. Wendell listened and was engaging in our conversation about my health. During that visit she wrote a prescription for me that wound up needing a prior, unfortunately the department that handles that sent my prior off to my insurance for the wrong diagnosis and then proceeded to give different reasons why she wouldn’t resend it to my insurance with the right diagnosis.
