Terrible HVAC company!!! Dealt with them for multiple commercial and residential projects over the past year. Never again. Horrible experience. Bunch of liars from the top (Matt Regan) to the bottom. Way overpriced and the work is terrible. Got quotes nearly half the price yet I still went with them because I thought they were good. Big mistake. Unfortunately for us our home just wasn't set up to have central ac, so wall units was the way to go...however in our family room I did not want a wall unit as they are just not attractive hanging on the wall...so I had found out about a ceiling ac unit that seemed perfect! Our heater stopped working yesterday, late morning~guys were here at 1:00 to diagnose the issue. Returned today with the necessary part and my house is already toasty warm. Chris was very nice and super informative. Would recommend to a friend. 😊
Very disappointed with the service I got this past week. I hired Regan to install a new heating system and water heater. I felt like I had to chase my sales consultant for information and answers to my questions over the last month. I never heard from him when he said I would. Excellent overall experience from estimate to installation. Initially, Mike Vescera, home comfort specialist, came to the house and spent much time exploring and reviewing options. Dexter and his crew worked neatly and upon completion reviewed all functionality of the system. We would highly recommend Regan Heating and Air Conditioning.
I have been a Regan customer for several years. They have always been professional and have answered any questions that needed a response. Great experience using Regan for plumbing. The tech, Joe, came quickly, was very freindly and professional and did a great job for a reasonable price. I made sure to save his contact info in my phone for the next time I need a plumber!
AWFUL! we called your company late last night because we had no heat. The answering service told us not once, but three times a technician would contact us. We called a fourth time this morning after having no heat and now we have to wait until 7 for the office to open. Funny, when you guys were called to convert our house to gas, you were right there. I understand it is cold...my house is a balmy 52 degrees with a child. Common courtesy would have been appreciated, we could have called someone else.

You left us in our hour of need!!!! I was so happy when we called for service and you responded promptly. Something was wrong with our boiler. Eddie came out and was great. He said we needed a new motor and we should think about replacing the circulator pump. He was going to have the office check on the motor the next morning. You couldn't get the motor until Tuesday (4 days) so we drove 3 hours to get one. The motor was not the only problem.
