Regan is THE man you want in your corner. The efforts he goes through to help his clients are second to none, and he is as up-front and honest as it gets. No smoke, no mirrors, just pure, honest hard work for his clients, and is a frequent/consistent communicator. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy or rent.
Regan was amazing. The Arlington market is really hot right now, and I needed to find a new home within my budget and in the school zone my kids attend and he was great providing good options. Regan was phenomenal in his communication with me throughout the entire process, from finding great homes to look at, to making an offer, and going through the closing process. I had been looking for a home for several years, and then "hired" Regan. In just a few months we found and purchased one! I didn't feel rushed at all, and greatly appreciated his patience with me.
