I was originally assigned an OHSU oncologist after I was diagnosed with breast cancer in May 2017. It wasn't a good fit, and so my surgeon suggested Dr. Look. He is absolutely wonderful--kind, professional, compassionate. He really listens to me and treats me like an intelligent person. I couldn't be happier, and I have complete faith in him.

Dr. Look treated my breast cancer in 2001 and I could not have imagined how difficult it would be to go from being strong and active person to weak and immuno-compromised. I could not have made it without Dr. Look's care, attention to detail, attention to my fears, and his knowledge and research on the latest treatment for my type of cancer. Even when I thought I was doing OK, he knew when I was not. I trust him completely. Even my annual follow ups are taken seriously.
Cancer is terrifying. He was careful, confident, thorough, easy to question with rational answers, very comforting. Crying is expected and not a problem. Detailed.
