Had Regan referred to me by a commercial mortgage broker. I wasn't aware of the difference between a mortgage "broker" and a mortgage "banker". I don't know if all mortgage bankers are the same or not but Regan's services made getting a refi a breeze. As a mortgage banker he can tell you the ways you can qualify for a loan. No waiting around as your mortgage broker shops you to banks just to have the bank tell you that you will need to pay a higher rate because you paid your phone bill late in 1993.
