To be honest, the thing that drew us to work with the Régan Englund team was their community outreach and events that they put on. I do not recommend Regan. We had a nightmare of a time trying to sell my house, and I feel like the roofer she recommended (a friend of hers as it happened) was the only person who came out ahead on the deal. Short version, we pulled the house from the market and the roofer's work still isn't done six months after we started the ball moving.
