RecommendedBeautiful property! I chose Regalia Mansfield Apartments because I loved the fact they had yards as an option for dog moms and dads. I also love that washers and dryers are included, no need to go to the laundry room/ laundry mat. Alysa was also so welcoming, can't wait to live here
If you want to be ignored by management or get a blood infection, this is the place for you and your family! The fridge stoped working in our apartment and after numerous emails over a 2 day time period nobody came to service it so all our meat and perishables rotted. Guaranteed, the only contact you'll have to have with the manager or Asst. manager, Alyssa Doyle is when you go to drop off your rent $ every month. My family and I chose the Regalia Mansfield apartments because of the floor plan, the open kitchen concept, the limited amount of carpet, and the location of the apartment. Alysa Doyle was wonderful about answering our questions and walking us through the process.
Very thorough and complete orientation of the property; great units, as well.
I lived at this property for almost 3 years and it was the absolute worst experience of my life. I haven’t lived there for almost a year and the people living in Apt 3308 stole my stimulus check and deposited it into their account. I called management and they said there is nothing they can do. One of your residents illegally opened my mail (federal crime to open someone else’s mail) and then they tried to cash my check that’s in my name into their account (2nd federal and fraudulent offense) I understand times are hard. Wow! I "LOVE" the staff at Regalia. Great Customer Service with a high regard for professionalism. This was by far the best apartment I've seen throughout the market. They made the move in process so easy and simple with just one phone call. Overall great experience!
The staff at Regalia Mansfield are very helpful and responsive. My Dad is signing a new lease for a move in date of July and I am excited that he will be living in a clean and safe complex. Thanks to Alysa Doyle for all her help the past week.
