The ambiance is nice and the food is good (a bit overpriced) but service was poor/slow at best. I had to wander around the restaurant to get a water refill for the table. Food took seemingly forever. Waiter essentially disappeared after we ordered. Third time we’ve tried this place with a similar experience each time. Strike three - you’re out.
We have been coming to Greenhouse for the longest time. It's a genuine Denton institution. I especially love sitting in the booths in the bar area where it feels so cozy. A friend and I went there for lunch today and she was really delighted with her huge salad (it was beautiful!). As a plant-based person, I am so grateful for the plant-based options, including their amazing tamales that come with a lovely heaping of fresh guac. Cole helped us out today and was just fantastic. Delicious food, decent portions, great service, and chill/moody vibe for a nice lunch or date night. I will definitely be coming back.
