Some practices treat patients like a number. At this office, they take care of patients like family and I’m so very grateful! My permanent retainer broke suddenly last night; had a wire sticking out making it impossible to eat, drink, and brush my teeth. I called some orthodontic offices who quoted high prices to remove while no urgency to treat it.
