I lived here a couple years back. By far the worst apartment building I have lived in my life. The building manager Chantal. Is just flat out unprofessional.She is the building gossip. She talks behind people's back. Do not tell this woman anything!!!!! She will act like your friend, but the second you leave the room .. she starts blabbing. If you don't want management that acts like a 16 year old girl, then stay away . Worst manager ever!!! And don't expect the front door windows to be cleaned either
This property used to be a prime location and maintenance. Since it was purchased by Skyline Living rents have increased by 50% in addition to cost of Hudro, outside parking, inside parking and storage locker. They fail to do regular maintenance in order to keep the property up to date on required repairs. They have attempted to do Structural repairs without obtaining building permits.
