I would not recommend or use this company ever. My personal experience as a buyer, my experience working with Chrissy, the owner of Regal Touch Realty, was extremely frustrating. While she was representing the seller and not me directly, the level of difficulty in communication and coordination made the process far more stressful than it needed to be. Chrissy went up and above and made buying our home extremely seamless. She was available at all times for us with answers and help in securing our home. She would often check in to see how our house on the market was progressing. I would recommend her for all realtor needs and will use her in the future if the need arises. We met Chrissy playing pickleball. When we mentioned the possibility of relocating, she took the time to determine what we would be looking for, and then showed us a few properties, quickly leading us to the one we chose.
