Excellent dim sum and their Hot and Sour Soup is out of this world!
Best live whole King crab I’ve ever had. They get live king crab from Norway and prepare it 3 ways - steamed with toasted garlic on a bed of bean thread noodles. Baked with salty egg yolk rub, and the crab eggs/fat is cooked into fried rice. Crab meat was so fresh and sweet! Cost is reasonable for live king crab, about what I paid before in Vancouver, but was arguably even better! Terrific for a once in awhile splurge and celebratory meal.
