No communication. Took two months to complete a job that should have been done in half or a quarter of the time. They drug their feet and if it wasn't for me calling them asking for status updates and to move forward, it would have taken longer. Do NOT recommend!
By far the worst construction-related company I've ever worked with! They drag their feet, only communicate when you reach out after weeks of nothing, don't itemize their invoices without request (huge red flag), and take days to do something they say they'll do same day. We're out of state and with work on a rental property, wanted to charge 3% for any digital payment, and when it's on roofing repair invoices, that adds up fast! It's 2025, but they want to rob you. Ben was referred to me by my realtor. From the second I texted with him he was fully engaged. Came out to my house within 2 days. I told him my idea and he took it and expounded up on it. Got me really excited. I hired Ben and Regal Construction that week, and by the next week they were working on my house. Everything was super easy. Communication was amazing. I recently had Dane from Regal Construction come out to assess my roof, and I was incredibly impressed. Not only did he identify a problem I wasn't even aware of, but he took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me and help me figure out how to fix it myself. He was patient, knowledgeable, and clearly demonstrated a strong understanding of roofing.
