we lived here and had to break our lease due to bed bugs, termites roaches!!! there were also severe foundation issues (huge holes) in our apartments where the bugs came from we lost all of our furniture and were exposed to toxic pesticides from unsuccessful exterminations regal realty has refused to give us our deposit back and we now have to take them to court do not move here!!! they will lie to you and you will be living a nightmare!! the water also gets shut off every week for hours!
