Editing this review to one star. As many reviewers stated before me, the management here is absolutely terrible. They truly don’t care about your comfort or well being unless it involves you owing them money. I’ve butted heads with the dozens of people that have worked in the office here (they apparently treat their staff as well as their residents here and it shows because there’s not one person that’s stayed longer than a few months in that front office) over various issues and they’ve either done nothing about it or come ... read more
We put in a work order for our dryer cause it filled the whole apartment with the smell of exhaust. The maintenance guy was nice and fixed the problem and put in a request to have it replaced soon since many of the parts were aging. A few days ago they replaced the whole dryer with what I was told was a “brand new dryer”. The thing had a weeks worth of lint in the lint trap. If you don’t manually stop it, it’ll dry all day. I don't know why Regal Pointe gets such bad reviews, but in my opinion, these reviews are very biased. I've lived here for many years, and my neighbors have lived here even longer. It's a great place for raising a family. I'd like to respond to some of the reviews, just in case people read them and develop a biased opinion about this apartment complex. I wrote an original post, but I feel like I need to be more specific... Absolutely terrible. Avoid moving here if you hate these things: 1. Being charged over 90 dollars for water and sewer a month (3 times the normal amount) and when we say theres an issue had someone come in multiple times and say there wasn't an issue and the 4th time asked they "randomly find the issue" 2. Have maintenence leave stains on our stairs since they don't consider that their dirty, mud riddled boots will mess up the carpet 3. NEVER leave a rec... read more
