EDIT 3/19/2026: The roads to get to our apartment have HORRIBLE POTHOLES and there are no markings to help you avoid them. The roads around the apartment complex are private so the city is not responsible for fixing them. Uneven pavement and tripping hazards in the back where you’re supposed to take out your garbage and recycling. I’ve attached some photos for proof. Yesterday (Monday), the delivery conditions were unacceptable. I was not able to deliver packages to multiple homes where the sidewalks and front entrances were completely covered in snow and not cleared. I had to walk through deep, unstable snow just to reach the front doors, and I did fall on ice. This is a serious risk of slipping, falling, and getting injured. No delivery carrier should be put in a situation where safe access to the delivery point is impossible. These conditions directly compromised my safety. There need... read more
We put in a work order for our dryer cause it filled the whole apartment with the smell of exhaust. The maintenance guy was nice and fixed the problem and put in a request to have it replaced soon since many of the parts were aging. A few days ago they replaced the whole dryer with what I was told was a “brand new dryer”. The thing had a weeks worth of lint in the lint trap. If you don’t manually stop it, it’ll dry all day. Last night I had to manually stop it cause it was going for three hours. It was off all night but this... read more
Editing this review to one star. As many reviewers stated before me, the management here is absolutely terrible. They truly don’t care about your comfort or well being unless it involves you owing them money. I’ve butted heads with the dozens of people that have worked in the office here (they apparently treat their staff as well as their residents here and it shows because there’s not one person that’s stayed longer than a few months in that front office) over various issues and they’ve either done nothing about it or come ... read more
