I reached out because I had a huge wasp nest. Mike came by promptly the next day. He was super friendly and professional. When I still saw a few wasps a few days later, I contacted the company again. Again, Mike came back within a couple of days and found the issue. He was really nice about it and helped clear the rest of the nest. Would definitely recommend! I had a great experience with the people on the phone and with Mike!
