Everyone I've ever dealt with at Regal has been nothing but professional. From my initial call, to scheduling visits, to the pest control reps who service my home... every interaction has bee smooth and positive. Always communicative, understanding and punctual. One of their reps even took the time to reassure me the treatment inside my home wouldn't harm my cats, and also gave me more info to do my own research.
