I was referred to this business to have a bird nest removed. The initial call was fine but they couldn't come out for two weeks. The day before my appointment they called to reschedule. No problem. The day of the new appointment they rescheduled again. Ok. They came to the new appointment, but he said he couldn't remove the nest. We paid 175$ to put a cover on and still have a nest.
