Regal Park Medical Center is more than just a Providers office. It is a warm and welcoming environment for all of it’s patients. Best family practice I have been too. They explain things to you and help you understand. Every member of the staff greeted me with a smile and was very professional. Dr. Tiemann is an amazing doctor. He will go beyond to help his patients like they are family and not someone he just met. Will never go anywhere else. Love Regal Park

I recently had a tough few days due to Hurricane Harvey, and let my frustration overcome my sensibility when trying to seek care for a grandchild. I appreciate the team at Regal Park for reaching out to me to ensure that he was doing okay, and to offer their support should I need it in the future. Thank you for that grace--and for the professionalism!
Couldn't get my son into his regular pediatrician for his football physical that he needed in two days. This clinic failed him and seemed to be set on not clearing him from the second we went back into the exam room. Wouldn't sign his clearance form because his corrective glasses did not improve vision enough to ensure he could see. I was not allowed to go with him into the area where they tested his vision.
