Been here two years and they done switched management 3 times ! They NEVER answer the phone and suppose to close @ 5 but by 4 be out the door and gone !!!
Was the most honest apartment application procedure and well mannerisms and professionalismand accommodating stayed a few minutes late to receive some paperwork from my employer. The walk through was awesome I had one small issue it was addressed before I moved in the next day kudos to his employees the property is well kept and I feel very secure more leasing MGMT teams could learn a lot from Mr. Gary may God keep you in his army because you champion compassion.
Man I’m starting to hate that I ever move in these apartments first i had an apartment on the 3rd floor & I had doctor papers that says I need a 1st floor level & now I have people that live on top of me & all they do is make a lot of noise like they are outside but now I moved in this apartment has BLACK MOLD & all they doing is spraying & now they came with this humidifier talkin about that’s goin 2 get all the mold out this apartment & let me say this I just moved in this apartment in January 2025 & it’s March now & MOLD ... read more
Moved here in October and so far it's been great! Office staff is amazing..especially Gary. Maintenance is fast and efficient. Property overall isn't too big and always clean. Can't wait til Summer so the pool can open ☺️
Current property manager is rude and unprofessional. Be careful not to step in dog poop. Don’t use the sink spray, it’ll break easily. They removed the hose for the car wash station, and the vacuum has no suction. They don’t clean the apartments well. You will have to clean the roach eggs from behind the oven, fridge, etc. I can tell the last leaseholder had dogs as dog hairs flow from under the walls as I was mopping.
