The property manager Mr. Higgs is awesome. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous.
So I'm giving 3 stars only for the two guys that sit immediately to the right. The shorter guy jumped out his seat to help me and the taller guy was right behind him. They both showed me a 1 bedroom that I will be applying for on Monday. The light skin guy was sleep and the heavier guy went to wake him up. Not too sure what was going on but if it was not for the two guys that helped me I wouldn't leave any stars or move here.
Absolutely horrible experience. The guy with the dreads and the other guy that's always sleep is unprofessional. That guy had a messed up attitude and talked to me like I was a child. Thumbs down on this new management team.
If I could leave 0 stars I would! I HAVE BEEN TO THE OFFICE A MILLION TIMES TRYING TO GET MY TRANSFER DONE AND EVRYTIME I COME UP THERE MR. RASHAD KEEPS GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND. I HAVE TO KEEP REMINDING HIM WHO I AM, I KEEP SENDING EMAILS AND NOT GETTING A RESPONSE, I WAIT IN THE OFFICE TO SPEAK TO HIM JUST FOR HIM TO JUST SEND ME AWAY AND TELL ME HE WILL CALL ME AND HE NEVER DOES.
