You’ll be a damn fool if you live over here . I been here for 2 years ,sadly ! And have been without ac for 1 year . DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! My daughter has lived here only 1 month and has RATS!!!! Coming in through the bottom portion of the oven! RATS not mice, eating through everything in her pantry. I pulled out the bottom oven tray and discovered a hole, there was installation and paper like tissue or napkins, that was probably plugged there in the hole.
