I am submitting this review to formally document ongoing and unresolved issues with management, maintenance, safety, and resident treatment at this apartment complex. My refrigerator became inoperable on December 21, 2025, and was not repaired or replaced until January 16, 2026. This left my household without a functioning refrigerator for nearly four weeks, including during the holiday season.
