Not very clean. Had to buy a mop to clean floors so that the baby's knees wouldn't get black from dirt on the wood floor.

Just got here last night. Rooms are nice.
Non plussed with the snarky teenaged staff so far.
Wonderful place. We will definitely come back. Rented 3 bedroom, 3 Bath from Simon. Free wifi, very clean, and close to the pool. Everyone has been nice and 15 minutes from Disney. Loved it!
Service has been good so far
Just had to say staff here is awful. We keep having to go to the front desk for basic stuff like towels, toilet paper, key cards. We asked for towels two days ago and still didn't get them.
Front desk staff is rude. Rooms aren't the cleanest.
Everything was great! 433 Verona with Mickey bedroom was very nice, clean and well appointed (rented thru evolve.com). Margaret is great!! Would come back again!!!
