Good customer service and the dealership was clean.
The dealer charged me $200 just to diagnose the issue, which I felt was reasonable. However, I wasn’t clearly informed about the nature of the problem. They mentioned needing to try a solution that would cost approximately $600. I agreed to proceed but made it very clear to the service agent multiple times that if this solution didn’t work, I did not want to move forward with any additional solutions that would incur further costs. Anna Aguilar is an angel. Twice my car wouldn't start within the last 30 days. I was told it was the battery, then I was told it's not the battery it's the alternator. It would cost $900 to get the alternator fixed. When I came into Regal Nissan Service and spoke with Anna she explained to me that since I don't drive my car much I just needed a recharge. She saved me $900. Since I haven't been driving my car it was dirty, THEY CLEANED IT! I have NEVER in my life received such amazing auto service. Thank you Anna ☺️
