Having moved here recently, I didn’t have any relationship with a mechanic. I decided to try Regal so made an appointment to talk with a manager about how I feel about Trust and Honesty - no bs about unnecessary repairs. Dan went over everything with me and I had an excellent understanding of what I needed now and one that could wait. Every thing was smooth and easy and I would recommend Dan and Regal to anyone.
My experience at Regal Nissan was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, Dan was incredibly attentive and took the time to really listen to my concerns. I am so disappointed in doing business with Regal Nissan,I bought a car from them about 2 months ago, 2nd week I experienced issues i took the car back to them then they refused to get it checked out because its a mazda cx-5 2018 claiming they are specialized with Nissans. Car battery went bad , car was smelling smokey i called them, they said check Mazda for help.
