Poor service. Would not trust the staff with my vehicle.
I made a quick phone call to Regal where I have purchased 3 cars in the last two years, to get my first oil change. Once again, I received stellar service. My service advisor, Chris, was prompt and professional. He went above and beyond to meet my expectations and I left a satisfied customer with another happy experience. Thanks for the memories! You can't just get them to do the maintenance on your car; they will find every thing under the sun they possibly can wrong with your car and then try to run up the service bill into the thousands upon thousands of dollars. Then you wind up having to take it to a local garage to find out what actually needs to be repaired.
Where do I begin? Let's start with Dan W.! His customer service was absolutely impeccable. From the moment he greeted me until the moment I drove away, he made the entire experience exceptional. Dan truly made my day! There's no question that Regal Nissan is my #1 choice—and it should be yours too. Do yourself a favor and ask for Dan the Man!
I have mixed feelings about this dealership. The waiting area was very nice, with complimentary coffee and snacks, and scheduling an appointment was quick and easy. However, my service advisor did not seem very professional. He recommended a long list of repairs and services that I have never been advised to do at any other dealership. I regularly change my engine oil every 5,000 miles, and this time I was only about 300 miles overdue, which should not be a major issue.
