Horrible services, my mom is not new to this nail shop, but the fact that the owner allowed her to leave like this, drives me up the wall, they did not offer to correct the problem, even after telling the owner it was a horrible job and showing her, by pointing out to her. Who wouldn't get upset. My mom was here for about 4 hours. The owner still charged me and my mom left with such a horrible job. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied with the customer service here. I went to get my toenails fixed today and the lady named rozy is the only one who knows how to fix nails using powder. She starts me off then mid session she says that she has a class and she just leaves while my feet were still in the water which is very unprofessional and no one else there knows how to use powder. If she knew she had to leave at a certain time she should have told me ahead of time and we could have rescheduled but leaving while she alre... read more
The staff here is always super friendly and truly take their time to make sure you are happy. Rosie is the best! My mom is 81 years old and they are the most patient and sweet with her. Our nails always look fantastic and the prices are reasonable! Definitely recommend
