I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied with the customer service here. I went to get my toenails fixed today and the lady named rozy is the only one who knows how to fix nails using powder. She starts me off then mid session she says that she has a class and she just leaves while my feet were still in the water which is very unprofessional and no one else there knows how to use powder. If she knew she had to leave at a certain time she should have told me ahead of time and we could have rescheduled but leaving while she alre... read more
The staff here is always super friendly and truly take their time to make sure you are happy. Rosie is the best! My mom is 81 years old and they are the most patient and sweet with her. Our nails always look fantastic and the prices are reasonable! Definitely recommend

I only get my eyebrows done here because I know Rosie will do them right. She's always so nice, listens to my concerns, and takes the time to make sure she does good work. I appreciate it and will keep coming here because of her.
