HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE!!! First I asked to a bio gel full set and a shellac pedicure, the male looked at me puzzled bcuz I didn't want shellac on my nails. Then started speaking to his coworker in his language and she asked the same thing. Again I just wanted a full set with regular nail polish and that seemed like a issue. Very friendly, but not very gentle. Good techniques but not very great at checking So 2 of toes alrdy had a Crack on the nails, she still do the nails. Although it's not horrible but the broke Crack nails kept pulling on the bedsheets it's bothering me. She could have done better or tell me they are broken, so I'd ask to cut shorter, but no. And no English-speaking... it's hard to talk.
If I could give 0 stars I would! The man working there is the rudest most inconsiderate person I’ve met. I came in for a pedicure he stated that he was busy to come back for 6:30. I confirm that I will be back. I come back 6:25 he states that he can’t take me to comeback in the next half hour after I’ve already been waiting for an hour. He told me I didn’t confirm. How did I not confirm if he told to come back for such time. He will never get business and anyone who asks, I will state to NEVER GET ANY SERVICE FROM THIS SALON... read more
I usually go to this location for pedicures because it is close by and Julia is absolutely awesome… Today Julia was her usual amazing self but the other staff on (lady) played a loud movie on her phone (screaming loud) and it ruined the whole experience for me.. at one point, this lady was sleeping with her phone still screaming loud.. this is not respectful or acceptable while customers are there.. The worst experience. The shape of my nails are all different and the length is not equal. Not professional at all for the price we paid today. Very disappointed with the service.
