We had a bad experience at Regal Nails Salon. The staff talked on the phone while doing our nails, which felt unprofessional. It was also difficult to communicate because they did not understand or speak English well. They asked my mom to pay several times while I was away, even though I was the one paying. This made us feel uncomfortable. Overall, we were disappointed with the service.

I had a rather unsatisfactory experience during my pedicure. The water provided for soaking my feet was insufficient, and the usual water massage was absent. I also noticed a lack of attention to cleanliness when my nails were being trimmed, and I was repeatedly told that my nails were too short. My pedicure was pretty bad. They totally ignored my request about the corns on my forefoot. It felt like they just did the absolute minimum. I definitely won't be back or tell anyone else to go there. I did not have a good experience at this place. I did shellac manicure. The person who did my manicure did not perform good job, i was literally bleeding while they were cleaning my cuticles. And after i was done, there was nail paint leftover on my skin on multiple fingers. When asked, he used nail file on my skin to which i was shocked.
