Professional experience at Regail Nails! The salon is clean, relaxing, and very welcoming every time I visit. Laureen provides welcoming services—she handles all inquiries attentively and promptly. She is incredibly detail-oriented, gentle, and truly takes her time to make sure my manicure and pedicure are perfect I highly recommend Regail Nails, especially if you can book with Laureen. You won’t be disappointed!
I did cat eye with the lady and paid 73$ There is no quality in the work done She did not do my cuticles she said its extra charge for it She did not apply the basecoat saying that we do this way only She did not file nails with equal nail shape and to do oval shape or anything other then square shape its extra charge She applied only one coat of nail polish direct on dirty nail and very little top coat the shine is hardly there I cant even see the color of nail polish she finished doin everything in 15 mins only I cant even... read more
**** TERRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE!! THEY ARE ALWAYS IN A RUSH, always focusing on quickly doing the work to get to the next walk in appointment. I had an appointment scheduled for a fill with Lee. She started working on my nails but was interrupted by another client who just finished getting her nails done by another nail technician and complained to Lee about her nails. I went to regal nails because it’s easily accessible. I am not happy with their service . The lady was doing my pedicure she was in rush . I feel they make a difference in white people and other communities . I am not happy with their service
