I booked an appointment in advance but still had to wait quite a long time. The technician seemed distracted and the work felt rushed. The nail polish was applied unevenly and small bubbles appeared after it dried. When I mentioned it, the response wasn’t very helpful. Customer service could definitely be improved here.

The salon looked nice from the outside, but the overall service didn’t meet my expectations. The tools used during my pedicure didn’t appear properly sanitized, which made me uncomfortable. The staff were polite but not very attentive. My nails were shaped differently on each hand. For the amount charged, I expected much better quality and care.

My experience at this nail salon was disappointing. The staff member doing my nails was friendly but seemed inexperienced. The acrylic set felt bulky and not well-shaped. After two days one of the nails already started lifting. Considering the price, I expected a more professional result.

I was hoping for a relaxing visit, but the salon felt very rushed and noisy. My manicure was finished quickly, but the final result looked messy around the edges. The polish was also applied outside the nail lines in some places. I had to fix parts of it when I got home. Overall, not the quality I was expecting.
