Aucun respect pour heures de rendez-vous
Horrible service , horrible manicure It was my first and last time they charge 51$ for garbage work even my 7 years old daughter do manicure better , they leave you to take another costumers after that they told you that they cant continue with you because you want only shellac and the costumer want gel thats clear so they care only for money ( who pay more ) plus they never smile you think you come to funeral!
J'ai rdv à 11h, j'arrive plus tôt, elle venait de commencer avec une autre cliente, je passe à 11h15. À peine elle commence, elle se lève pour aller faire les sourcils et le duvet à l'autre et me laisse, je lui ai dit j'ai mon rdv à 11h c'est parce que j'ai mes enfants qui m'attendent je ne peux pas passer toute la journée, mais elle y va quand même, sachant que je suis une cliente fidèle.
